"Me and my friend Christy didn't like this
one girl, Chere. On a Wednesday, we told her
that Christy was moving to Wisconsin because
her dad got "transfered". We told all of our friends to play along. On Friday night Chere called me and told me that she was going to throw a surprise goodbye party for Christy. I agreed that it was a good idea. On Saturday, me and Chrsty went to her house where the party was. Chere started crying when the party was over. When we went back to school on Monday, Chere was not there so we could tell her it was all a joke. She did not come back until the next Monday because she was mourning the loss of her 'best friend'. When Chere saw Christy the next Monday, she cried in happiness. Christy made up a lie saying that
her dad never got transfered after all. We never told Chere it was a joke!!"
